Why HTML
Ask AI to summarise an opportunity as a one-page HTML with a flow chart, and you get something you'd be proud to show a customer, in seconds.
A one-pager is plain text: quick for AI to write and cheap to rework, where a Word file or a PDF has to be rebuilt.
It's code, which AI reads and writes fluently, so it changes exactly what you ask and nothing else.

The catch
Mail servers often block or strip HTML attachments, because phishing uses them. Your customer never sees it, or sees a warning first.

Trust
Your documents, comments and history are kept in Microsoft Azure, encrypted at rest, today in its Australia East region. Deleted documents are purged for good after 30 days.
A document's own scripts run walled off from aihops, so they can't see your session or anyone else's work.
Nothing goes to the AI until someone chooses an AI review or a consolidation. Then the document, and for a consolidation the comments everyone can see, go to Anthropic's Claude API in the United States. Private notes never do. If you pay, Stripe handles it, and gets your name and email, never your documents.
Every action is kept in an audit trail that can't be edited, and document owners can download it.
